All Orders must be paid in full upon delivery. C.O.D accounts require a 50% deposit or pre-payment. Monthly statements are sent to account holders with an outstanding balance. The total outstanding balance is due within ten days of the statement date. After 30 days, unpaid accounts will be converted to C.O.D. accounts.

Customers are accountable for payment of partially complete order in the event of cancellation.

Noted turnaround times are approximate and may vary depending on lab workload.

Remakes must be received within two weeks of the original pick up date and may be subject to a 50% surcharge over the original price.

All efforts are taken to safeguard customer transparencies, negatives, photographs, artwork and related materials while in our possession. However, in the event of damage or loss caused by negligence on our part, Fotek Photo Lab will be liable only for the cost of replacement film. Liability does not cover other materials left at the lab.

Purchaser represents and warrants that by requesting Fotek Photo Lab to reproduce copyrighted work, the purchaser has obtained permission from the copyright owner.

Purchaser agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Fotek for all expenses, attorney's fees, or judgments resulting from any claim or lawsuit against Fotek for copyright infringement or for any other claim or lawsuit against Fotek arising out of any alleged claim of invasion of privacy or defamation, regarding purchaser's order(s).
